Following is dated information to which registered exhibitors can refer. Registration closed for BOOTHS as of 10/4/19. Thank you for your interest. We hope to see you next year!
EXHIBITORS HAVE A CHOICE OF A TENT OR TABLE.
    This year we are offering exhibitors a choice of a four-foot space at a TABLE under a large tent with other authors…OR your own individual TENT. We have also provided a comparison sheet where you can see the differences in registration prices of other festivals.
    There is a max of TWO individual authors per tent/BOOTH (for the same fee).  Approved nonprofits, companies, organizations, and clubs representing groups of authors/writing professionals, can have more people per tent for the same fee. Registration cannot be transferred.Your tent package includes: a tent; one six-foot table, two chairs, and a trash can.    TABLES consist of ONE four-foot table OR four feet of space at a larger table and ONE chair, next to other authors. There are NO shared tables please. ONE author at ONE table and ONE chair for the day. The space cannot be split between “different” authors or transferred without our approval. If you are co-authors on a book or partners in one company, you may ALTERNATE time at the table.
Whether table or tent, all authors bring their own tablecloths and decorate as they wish (nothing vulgar, X-rated or offensive). Authors receive a 50-word description in our Festival Information Pamphlet handed out that day. All authors will be listed on our book festival website with a link to their websites.
    ALL exhibitors must sell or promote books, book-related products or services…or they must advance / promote an educational, literacy, or literary subjects.  Exceptions are made on an individual basis and major sponsors are exempted.
    Wordsmith Productions reserves the right to allow or refuse participation by any author, company or organization at its sole discretion for any OR no reason. Should your application be declined, we will immediately notify you and refund your payment.
